PROCESSING TIMES
- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.
- Custom orders, including personalized graphics kits, may require additional processing time. We will communicate any delays directly with you.
SHIPPING METHODS & TIMES
We offer a variety of shipping options depending on your location and preference:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days after processing.
Shipping times may vary based on your location and carrier availability.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method selected.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become available.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
- We currently ship within Canada and to select international locations. If you are outside our shipping areas, please contact us at kits@tntcustoms.ca to discuss custom shipping arrangements.
- Certain items, including hazardous materials or oversized products, may have shipping restrictions.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit:
- Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages.
- For lost packages, please notify us as soon as possible, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For orders shipped outside of Canada:
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees incurred upon arrival in your country.
- Shipping times for international orders may vary based on customs clearance.
CHANGES TO YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS
To ensure successful delivery, please verify that your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If you need to make changes, contact us immediately at kits@tntcustoms.ca. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order is processed.
