SHIPMENTS

Custom Wrap & Graphics orders are generally dispatched within the turnaround time listed on product pages,  after receipt of payment, confirmation of design proof and are shipped via Canada Post with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by another courier please notify us when placing order.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected

RETURNS

You may return defective products within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Please note that we cannot accept returns on any custom printed products for any reason other than production flaws. Please make sure you double check your order form before placing your order as it will be printed with the exact colour choices, numbers, spelling and logos that you specified. Once your order is printed no changes can be made. Powersports Wraps & Graphics are a consumable. Our graphics are produced using the highest quality materials available today.
