Material

Our graphics are printed on ultra-aggressive, high-tack material available in 21mil or 15.5mil thickness, designed for maximum durability, appearance, and long-term performance.

The adhesive features built-in air release technology, helping reduce trapped air bubbles and making installation smoother and more forgiving.

This material is specifically formulated for low-energy plastics commonly found on powersports machines. Regular vehicle-grade wrap vinyl is not recommended for these surfaces, as adhesion and lifespan are limited.

Fit & Coverage – Full Custom Wraps

We offer multiple coverage options depending on your machine and goals. This can range from full coverage kits to partial kits such as number plates, fenders, or specific panels.

Our kits are produced using pre-made templates purchased from reputable online vendors. While these templates are widely used in the industry, we cannot always guarantee a perfect fit due to manufacturing variations, aftermarket plastics, or previous wear.

Because of the material thickness and aggressive adhesive system, a completely seamless wrap is not possible. Panels are designed to fit together like a puzzle, with small spacing between pieces. Gaps typically range from 1/6" to 1/4", depending on the machine and template design.
